The Department of Higher Education and Training has released
a report about how the South African Universities fare when it comes to
research outputs. Read more here. Books, conference papers and articles in accredited
journals have been measured. The UKZN is number one!
I guess this refers to 2013. If so, also an article in which
I have been co-author, is included. The other day I received a letter with the
heading:
2013 RESEARCH PRODUCTIVITY SUPPORT GRANT (RPSG) PAY-OUT
I will not get any cash. Money will be deposited in a cost
centre. I can use the money if I need to attend conferences etc.
My contribution is very small but it is still nice to be
part of this result.
